The morcón ibérico de bellota is made with prey from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs sliced by knife and other top-quality lean meat, stuffed in natural casing. Produced in the traditional way with the typical recipe of the old traditional slaughters of the villages of the south of Extremadura. It is cured in a natural cellar for more than six months, refining its qualities of aroma and flavour to achieve the unique and exclusive nuances of this traditional gourmet product.
Once sliced, it has a marbled appearance, with a predominance of an intense purple colour due to the use of prey meat and other noble lean meat in its production. It has a warm and intense aroma. Its exquisite juiciness is appreciated visually, texture and mouth, where it leaves a prolonged flavour full of nuances as a result of its slow maturation. A gourmet gift for the palate, which enjoys a velvety sensation with a sweet finish.
