Cremosuco cheese with beer made by La Pasiega de Peña Pelada; born from the union of two of the most natural flavours of Cantabria.  On the one hand the flavour of Cantabrian cheese and on the other the flavour of the beer with which it is made, Dougall's (Liérganes, Cantabria), whose blond colour is reminiscent of it.

Harmony between freshness and smoothness, the bitterness of the cow's cheese and the strength of the beer, offering a perfect pairing in a single mouthful.

It is a soft cheese, ideal for spreading, which does not lose the nuance of its beer flavour, maintaining it both in its rind and inside. Made with pasteurised cow's milk from Cantabria, it is characterised by its creamy texture with a bitter taste resulting from incorporating craft beer in its recipe.

Ideal for cheese boards, to spread on bread or toast, or for recipes to which you want to add a unique and characteristic flavour.
