The appetizer made Asturian chorizo, in small balls with a traditional flavor. Made from selected pork meats, marinated in the traditional style, stuffed in natural casing and smoked with oak wood.
It can be cooked in many different ways: perfect for all kinds of stews and casseroles, it is also exquisite fried or cooked in cider or white wine.
