Cheese made from raw cow's milk from La Folcrà de San Juan de las Abadesas, in the Ripollès region of Girona. The high quality of this milk means that Muuu Beee cheeses can be made with raw milk. In these cheeses you will find the essence of the pastures and the humid landscapes of the Pyrenean valleys of Ripollès region.
It is a soft cheese, which is made with a cotton cloth that gives it its shape and is used to prepare the quajada by hand. It is matured for four weeks in the cheese cellars. The rind of Tendre de Drap is natural and slightly crunchy. Its interior is pale yellow with flavours of fresh butter, milk and tender hazelnuts.
In 2018 it was awarded the 3rd prize in the category of "Young Cow´s soft cheese" by Gourmetquesos of Madrid.
