This bottle is matured at González Byass’ historic bodega in Jerez, where it spends 12 years in ex-Oloroso sherry casks and a traditional solera system. All this brings intense flavours and aromas, as well as an elegant mahogany colour. It's deliciously velvety, complex and rounded with notes of oak, honey, balsamic, caramel and nuts. What’s more, it was awarded 91 points by the IWSC.
