Anetro fries the onions, the tomatoes and the garlic in virgin olive oil over very low heat. Then, seasons it with paprika and a touch of saffron. Finally, adds all the seafood and the rock fish to the sauce and continue cooking it gently for over 2 hours, slowly adding its Fish Broth and finally the fresh squid ink.

Fish stock (85%): water, monkfish (10%), rock fish (3%) (conger eel, John Dory, John Dory, ribbons), cod (2%), carrot, celery, fennel and sea salt. Seafood stir-fry (15%): tomato, onion, olive oil, seafood (5%) (crabs, mussels, prawns), squid ink, leek, garlic, paprika and saffron.
