Partida de la Abuela green olives stand out for their sweet yet intense flavor, as well as for their characteristic seasoning, which is created with natural spices.

After being preserved for 5 years, the fruits of the olive tree are macerated to achieve the pleasant texture of Chicón aceitunas Partidas de la Abuela (Grandmother's Split Olives).

These whole, firm-fleshed local olives, lightly crushed and seasoned according to Grandma's recipe, are the result of a long family tradition originally from Antequera, Malaga.
