195 ml of Piri-Piri Sauce (salsa Piri Piri), made with Malagueta peppers by Calimenta, S.A. in Caldas de Rainha, Portugal. Commercialized in Spain under Hacendado brand.

The particular flavor of this spicy sauce can be used to season all kinds of dishes, such as chicken, potatoes, meat or fish. In fact, to the latter two it leaves a very good flavor, which spicy lovers will love. Its thickness is not so exaggerated, so serving it in any meal will be quite easy to do.

Its ingredients are various, but the piri-piri, a variety of chili with a particular flavor obtained from the malagueta bell pepper, stands out more than anything else. In addition, also wine vinegar and spices such as garlic and cumin, which completes its flavor to give it a very good taste.
