The Arbequina variety is the olive of reference in Catalonia. It has a small fruit and is characterised by its complexity. It produces a fruity, smooth, subtle EVOO with very low acidity. Its profile is balanced and subtle, with a ripe olive sensation accompanied by secondary vegetable aromatic traces reminiscent of apple and banana and hints of almond, tomato, artichoke and fennel. Their music has different registers. Unique, harmonious, their styles are easily engraved on the senses and live on in our memories. As a whole, the result is a very balanced and harmonious oil with a touch of sweetness, characteristic of the variety.
