Three Methods of Preparation:

1. Open the can and place it in a bain-marie for 15 minutes.

2. Pour the contents of the can into a saucepan and heat over low heat for 3 - 5 minutes.

3. Pour the content of the can in a non-metallic container and heat it, covered, in a microwave oven for 1-2 minutes, depending on the power.
