- Microwave: Without removing the omelette from the packaging, pierce the top plastic from side to side, heat for 3 minutes in the microwave at maximum power to obtain a juicy omelette or 4 minutes to obtain a more curdled omelette. Let the omelette rest on the plate for 1 minute.
- Frying pan: Remove the top plastic and the packaging. Add a drizzle of virgin olive oil to the frying pan, with the pan over medium heat, heat for 1 1/2 minutes on each side for juicy or 2 minutes on each side for more curdled.
