With the Soft Pistachio nougat, Torrons Vicens once again puts creativity and innovation at the service of two great Spanish chefs: Albert Adrià and José Andrés. The two renowned chefs have previously collaborated with Torrons Vicens in the production of the Cherry Times nougat.
The great classic soft almond nougat. The soft pistachio nougat gives a conceptual twist to the great classic soft almond nougat with the addition of the inimitable flavor of pistachio, an appreciated and delicious dried fruit that gives us a spectacular intense green color. As Albert Adrià quotes: “The only limit to imagination during the creative process is to maintain the essence of what is intended to be transformed”.
One of the two creators of this soft pistachio nougat, Chef Albert Adrià, was named World´s Best Pastry Chef in 2015.
Torrons Vicens is a family business with a long tradition of nougat. Located in the town of Agramunt (Lleida), considered the cradle of Turrón and Chocolate a la Piedra, it makes traditional nougat and other specialties.
