Ristretto nougat is a delicious coffee praline nougat "ristretto" with hazelnut, almond and coffee ganache "ristretto".  A nougat with an intense flavour where the nuances of coffee blend perfectly with those of chocolate to form a very original combination. Covered with a delicious chocolate wrapper.

Famed chef Albert Adrià created this delightful turrón candy with the nougat masters at Torrons Vicens. 

Torrons Vicens is a family business with a long tradition of nougat. Located in the town of Agramunt (Lleida), considered the cradle of Turrón and Chocolate a la Piedra, it makes traditional nougat and other specialties. Since 1775, generation after generation, Torrons Vicens has handcrafted a wide selection of nougat and specialties, using products of the highest quality, following the original recipes and formulas of the Nougat Masters of Agramunt.

Cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, water, HAZELNUTS (7,9%), ALMOND (7,9%), granulated coffee (3,2%), BUTTER, instant coffee (1,4%), candied orange (orange peel, sucrose, fructose, dextrose, maltose, preservatives: potassium sorbate and E-223 (SULFITES), acidulant: citric acid), cloves (0,4%), emulsifier: SOY lecithin, cinnamon stick (0,2%), salt.

May contain traces of other Cascasa fruits, eggs and gluten.
