    100% Sauvignon Blanc.

    Pale greenish yellow color and bright. The nose is a real surprise for its great expressiveness, developing an attractive range of exotic aromas and aromatic herbs. On the palate, the entry is vibrant, seductive, with a soft sensation of sweetness and a fresh final sensation of aromatic herbs.

    The fresh and aromatic character of Baron de Ley from high altitude vineyards. The grapes come from its highest vineyard in the DO.Ca. La Rioja, located at 700-950m altitude.

    Food pairing: various starters, especially cured cheeses and foie gras. Also ideal for fruit-based desserts
