Authentic torreznos from Soria made with top-quality pork bacon and pre-cooked so that it becomes a great product that is very easy to prepare.
There are different ways of preparing bacon (panceta) and different types of frying. The Torrezno de Soria from Embutidos Moreno Saez, due to its tradition and history, is unique and different from any other, which is why we can offer the exclusive Torrezno de Soria, awarded the prize for the best torrezno in the world.
Moreno Saez's torreznos are made using natural processes, with carefully selected traditional ingredients and matured using air and heat from holm oak charcoal in our own natural dryers. The production of cured bacon and its consumption, in fried form, have enjoyed and continue to enjoy a great tradition in Spain, but this production is not done equally throughout the country, with Soria's being the one that enjoys the highest quality and recognition. And, in our Soria sausage factory we produce the best Torreznos de Soria and those of the highest quality, even awarded the prize for the best torrezno in the world.
Moreno Saez marinated pork belly of the highest quality is cut into strips, pre-cooked in our facilities and packaged to preserve its unique characteristics for more than 3 months after its production date. In addition, we have the widest range of torreznos in variety and formats, adapting to the needs of today's customers and consumer habits.

Directions for use: Needs to be cooked before consumption.
How to prepare:
1. It is recommended to open the tray of torreznos at least 20 to 30 minutes before cooking, keeping them at room temperature.
2. In a frying pan with plenty of very hot extra virgin olive oil (180º) fry the strips of torreznos whole or cut into portions to taste until they swell slightly for 3 or 4 minutes.
3. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
4. Serve hot, warm or cold as desired with vegetables, wine, beer, cheese, eggs, potatoes or on their own.
