Piparra chilli peppers grown in our fields in Navarre and harvested by hand, pickled in vinegar. To maintain maximum flavour and texture, they are packaged immediately after picking.
Founded in 1968, Sarasa are passionate about olives and pickles. Their roots in Navarre, on their mother's side, and Andalusia, on their father's side, have made them lovers of the countryside, its people, and its products.
