500 gr, bulk, of La Estepeña Premium Polvorones Selectos, 20% almond, from the town Estepa, Seville (Andalusia).

This premium polvorón has a much greater percentage of almond, 20% versus most basic polvorones, which usually contain around 8% of almond.

In the middle of the 19th century, when Isabel II reigned in Spain, while the first trains began to run in Spain and the Royal Theater of Madrid was inaugurated, in Estepa (Seville) the first confectionery workshop of La Estepeña opened its doors in 1858.
